Brief Description:
The "Boilerland" Warm Water System (WWS) is an Australian designed process to provide 42oC warm water for all establishments that have a peak demand exceeding 500 litres of warm water per hour.
Disinfection of the warm water in the loop and cold make up water is available as an option by fitting an approved Boilerland integral UV system.
An option on the "Boilerland" Warm Water System is the provision of separate connections for 65oC water for kitchen and laundry use.
Heating Water can be used from the boiler jacket for radiators, ceiling and wall panels, in the conventional manner: (The heating load must be advised).
| Most importantly, THE BOILERLAND WARM WATER SYSTEM fully complies with the NATIONAL PLUMBING CODE, AS3500.4 - 1994, Clause 1.10 WATER TEMPERATURE, minimum storage temperature for hot water shall be 60 Deg C, and hotwater delivery temperature shall not exceed - (a) 43.5 Deg C for early childhood centres, primary and secondary schools and nursing homes or similar facilities for aged, sick or disabled persons; and (b) 50 Deg C in residential buildings at the outlet of all sanitary fixtures used primarily for personal hygiene purposes (i.e. in bathroom and ensuites). |
